An international workshop jointly organised by the Royal Netherlands Institute Rome and Istituto Svizzero.

The workshop has an international character, welcoming participants from the Netherlands and Switzerland.
It intends to contribute to what in European academia is widely considered one of the foremost challenges for the upcoming years: achieving a better gender balance at top levels in academia by career building of talented women. Its goal is to offer an intensive training and coaching program to prospective female leaders in academia, aimed at offering them tools to effectively enter top positions.
