A poem for Meret Oppenheim by Deborah Levy

British writer Deborah Levy interweaves essayistic and lyrical moments, autobiographical and fictional storytelling in her multi-layered writing. The personality and works of the Swiss artist Meret Oppenheim (1913-85) have long fascinated her. On the occasion of the exhibition L’arcobaleno riposa sulla strada, Deborah Levy wrote a poem for her.

An Italian version of the poem will be read by artist and writer Giulia Crispiani.
In the context of the reading, the public will also have the opportunity to visit the exhibition with the curator Gioia Dal Molin.
