Swiss Talks #3
Publishing Architecture: a conversation on books and architecture
With Giovanna Silva, Mariana Siracusa, Linus Wirz, moderated by Federico Tranfa.
The bond between books and architecture is ancient and deep. Through the books, architecture codified its rules and spread the way of thinking of its authors through the decades, until the web took the place of print as a universal medium. In the light of this new paradigm, what does it mean to publish architecture today? This and other questions on the relation between publishing and architecture will be faced by publishers Giovanna Silva (Humboldt Books, Milano) and Linus Wirz (Quart Verlag, Lucerna), together with gallerist and bookseller Mariana Siracusa (Spazio, Milano).
The talk will be held in Italian and English and can be followed via web, by signing-up.
