Starting from 9pm Outdoor music vibrations: an evening open to the public featuring a double concert. The Istituto’s garden will vibrate with the sounds of bass player Louis Schild who will be performing his piece INTERVALLES and band Schnellertollermeier composed by Andi Schnellmann (bass), Manuel Troller (guitar) and David Meier (drums).
This musical collaboration with Bad Bonn, Düdingen is and occasion to premiere the new season.
Louis Schild is interested in sounds as a way to map the real and learn musical gestures in their spatiality and temporality. The piece will take place only to the extent that it will satisfy the double requirement to reveal the space and to share it, as if it were a map for a territory, an air for an act of ownership.
Schnellertollermeier play music without compromises. Ranging from modern composition, minimal music and improv to brute rock music, their style defies genre boundaries with an instrumental power that lets heart beat the head easily. The idea of a band that sounds like one organism can be perceived in a unified energy – a music containing as much explosive force as beauty and depth.
